In the ever-evolving landscape of the insurance industry, ensuring that graduates are workplace-ready is both a responsibility and a symbol of quality education. As a Lecturer and Programme Oversight Manager for the BCom in Short-Term Insurance at Milpark Education, I have observed how a thoughtfully designed qualification can empower students to transition seamlessly from the classroom to the corporate world.
