About the Programme
This short programme is designed for financial services providers, representatives and key individuals are impacted by these examinations, which are conducted by approved examining bodies.
The first level Regulatory Examination (RE) is a competence requirement in terms of the fit and proper regulations of the FAIS Act. You may select any option, or a combination of options, to suit your individual need. Milpark Education offers the following exam support options:
- Six-week online course for FSPs and key individuals
- Two-day online workshop
- Three electronic practice exams
- Study material
Programme Structure
Six-week online course:
- During each week of the programme, students will cover sections of the study material, and actively engage in their learning and preparation by completing multiple self-assessments. Some weeks may also include recordings to explain more advanced concepts.
Two-day online workshop:
- These workshops, which require a minimum of 12 students, focus on examination technique as well as the content of the selected regulatory examination. For corporate clients or small brokerages/groups, these online workshops can be tailored and offered at convenient times.
Practice exams:
- The practice examinations will be web-based and students will be able to access them via within a 12-month period.
Study material:
- Study material covers the necessary eight key topics as prescribed by the FSCA.
