The Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning will equip you with the expert knowledge and professional skills required by practitioners in the financial planning sector. You will be competent to provide financial planning services to a wide range of individual and corporate clients.
Milpark Education is an FPI Recognised Educational Provider™, offering qualifications that align with the Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa’s standards. Applicants require a Bachelor’s degree at NQF Level 6 or 7.
In addition to the relevant Bachelor’s degree, applicants require and a pass in Matric mathematics (higher grade) or a C symbol (standard grade). Post-matric studies demonstrating required math skills are considered.
A detailed CV of the last ten years’ employment is required for curriculum planning. Those without extensive financial planning experience must complete the qualification over two years. Applicants with insufficient or outdated tax knowledge must complete the Induction to Financial Planning (INDFP1-8) and Financial Planning Environment (PGFPEN-8) modules before registering for further modules.
